Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users can receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. The following terms apply to claiming this bonus:

  • Bonus wagering requirement: 15 times (15x) — meaning you must wager 15 times the bonus amount before a withdrawal can be made.

  • The welcome bonus can only be claimed once per user.

5.2 Ongoing Promotions and Cashback

5.3 General Bonus Terms

  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirement has been met.
  • cr99 reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer without prior notice.

11.1 Balance upon account closure

If an account is closed due to a violation of the terms and conditions, and no unlawful activity is proven after investigation, the valid balance will be returned. Winnings related to bonuses or funds obtained through fraudulent means will always be forfeited.
