Learn About Us

cr99 was built with a simple but deeply held goal: to create an online gaming platform for players in Bangladesh where they can play safely in their own language, with their own currency, and through the payment methods they already know. From the very beginning, we believed that Bangladeshi players deserve the highest quality experience — and that belief drives every decision we make.

Our mission is to run a platform where every player feels welcome, bringing together technology, trust, and Bangladeshi culture. We work with the world's leading game providers — names like Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, and Microgaming enrich our game library — and what sets us apart is delivering that world-class experience entirely in Bangla.

cr99's payment system is built entirely around Bangladesh. Deposits start from just ৳300 via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay, and withdrawals are typically completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. The minimum withdrawal is ৳800 — competitive by any measure in the market. We want players to receive their winnings as quickly as possible.

To welcome new players, cr99 offers a 120% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳8,000 with just a 15x wagering requirement. We also have a VIP program with three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold — where regular players enjoy weekly cashback and a range of exclusive benefits.

Our support team is active seven days a week, around the clock, via live chat in Bangla. Whatever the issue, question, or feedback, our team is always by your side. cr99 is more than a gaming platform — it is a complete entertainment experience for Bangladeshi players where safety, transparency, and enjoyment all matter equally.
